Abstract

Development of a model of the model site of scientific institutions of NAPS of Ukraine carried out based on the concept of the Internet portal of the NAPS of Ukraine, approved by decree of the Presidium of NAPS of Ukraine of 17 June 2010. No. 1-7/8-207, in accordance with the regulatory documents of Ukraine, which regulates the state policy in relation to scientific activities, Informatization, formation resources on the Internet, personal data protection, as well as legal documents of NAPS of Ukraine (the Regulation on the procedure of planning and control of carrying out of scientific researches in the National Academy of pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, regulations on the implementation of results of scientific researches in APS of Ukraine, the Regulation on pilot activities (experiment) of NAPS of Ukraine, etc.), web-standards, requirements regarding their use in the creation of modern websites requirements for hardware and software platforms, development tools, web applications to facilitate the exchange of information flows both within the site and other information assets, corporate systems and external entities on the Internet.
