Abstract

We consider strategies that are applied to the development of school teachers information and communication competence through the establishment of computer-based environment. We describe the computer-oriented environment created within international and educational projects companies IBM, Microsoft, Google for the development of teachers information and communication competence. We proposed the program of the author's course for the development of information and communication competence of philological specialty teachers.
