Abstract

The development of ICT and increasing their application in various fields of education form the basis for wide implementation of computer systems automation activities of the institution of secondary education. Transition countries from traditional education to technology literacy deeper exploration of knowledge and knowledge creation entail a change in requirements professional development of teachers. In the article the European approach to standards of competence of teachers to use ICT, as well as advanced software tools that address the administrative issues in secondary school.
