Abstract

The problem of improving the diagnostic properties of pedagogical test has been considered. For this purpose, the notion of an elementary domain (operation) has been introduced. Each test item is analyzed in the terms of elementary operations used in it. Based on the analysis of answer correctness, a table of probability of correct execution of operations from their elementary domains is built. These data allow to estimate the probability of correct execution of the actual test items from the entire domain, even if they have not been included in the performed test.
