Abstract

The paper presents an analysis of the experience of candidates and doctors of pedagogical sciences training, specialty 13.00.10 - Information and Communication Technologies in Education, describes the organizational and pedagogical conditions of operation of postgraduate and doctoral studies, activities of the specialized scientific council of the Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools. There are presented some examples of currently central topics of dissertation research, proposed some recommendations on improving the process of academic staff training in the field of pedagogy as well as outlined promising directions of dissertation research in the development and use of ICT in education.
