Abstract

The management of the establishments of the professional-technical education system is considered as dialectical co-operation between his subject and object, realized by channel of direct and reverse connection. The attention is accented on creating new models of management of the education, it is necessary to take into the account unique properties of the biological and social systems and also substantive scientific provisions of systems engineering.
