Abstract

The document contains guidelines for the use of the information system "Scientific research: planning, control, monitoring" employees of subordinate institutions, the office of the presidency and the divisions, which according to their official duties provide planning and monitoring the implementation of scientific research in NAPS of Ukraine. Described existing processes documenting nakovo research in NAPS of Ukraine. Presents a list of documents that present a documentary for research. The principles of the organization of document libraries and automation tools to work with documents, organizational and technical support of the system. The procedure and sequence of actions on information support of documentation nakovo research works in the system. Describes in detail the procedure of user actions when working with documents on the portal. Presented synchronization rules fields of the same name in different documents defining the mechanism of propagation of changes in these fields. The peculiarities of work with planning and financial documents. Methodical recommendations are intended for users of the system, as well as for professionals in the field of information technology, developer, information systems, document management, academics and administrative staff of research institutions.
