Abstract

A characteristic feature of the current stage of social development is a process of intensive implementation and use of information technology, covering all spheres of society. Against a backdrop of open information and educational space, electronic learning tools increasingly become an integral feature of the educational process. Use of information - communication technologies in education amplify learning efficiency, increase the quality of learning and open up great opportunities for improving the learning process. Therefore, educators must thoroughly master the effective pedagogical and information technologies and use them in the educational process, introduce innovations in the practice of pre-school and school education.
