Abstract

The results of comparatively-historical analysis of the state development problems: about informative and analytical competence of leaders of higher educational establishments was researched by an author. The insufficiency of researching the problems which related with informatization of administrative activity members of higher education was shown on the basis of monitoring of development of informative and analytical competence.
