Abstract

A forming necessity is examined for every educational establishment of specific educational environment – the so-called computer oriented educational environment. In the article determination substantial signs of this environment and maintenance of researches is expounded what sent to the selection of processes of forming of the computer oriented educational environment in colleges. The special attention is spared to marketabilities of principles of the personality oriented studies to differentiation of educational-educator process for as possible more complete development of inclinations and capabilities, satisfaction of queries and necessities, opening of creative potential.
