Abstract

The article deals with distinctive features of correlations between educational organizations’ development and personality development of heads of educational organizations. The author presents the results of the empirical investigation of distinctive features of educational organization heads’ assessment of different aspects of organizational and personality development in relation to gender, age, professional, and organizational factors.
