Abstract
K. Stanislavsky and S. Shatsky who indicated that instead of calling a teacher for creation, it is better to teach him/her the skill to perform a particular pedagogical work which is called a pedagogical technique. In other words, mastery is an art to operate dexterously and perfectly. Therefore not a single art can be valuable unless it is based on an appropriate technique. Such approach, of course, touches upon pedagogical activity. Mastering the pedagogical technique by a teacher has to become a particular «connecting link» on the way of creative mastering a pedagogical profession as a result of his/her cognitive requirements and intellectual abilities integration. It also gives an opportunity for becoming a full-fledged creative personality of a vocational school teacher and for stimulation by pedagogical technique of scientific search as an art. Implication of all pedagogical technique components create important preconditions for involving a teacher in scientific search. It is essential as pedagogical technique always presents creation and maximal application of abilities which stimulate to creative reconsideration of the work results raising science implication on a step of art. Thus, pedagogical technique is one of basic constituents of pedagogical mastery, as well as any other technique is in every kind of activity. Work of teacher will bring him/her satisfaction and will be raised to the level of art action in mutual relations with students
