Abstract

The article highlights the reasons for lack of effective use of educational software, and set out guidelines on how to solve these problems. We consider the complex of psychological and pedagogical, healthcare requirements for the selection and use of ICT in the educational process. Several areas of the most appropriate implementation of informatization in the learning process when the specific needs and objectives of student learning are met are outlined. Methodological advices to use information and communication technologies depending on the stages of the lesson are provided. It is argued that the effectiveness of ICT to improve the quality of education is possible under appropriate conditions.
