Abstract

The author investigates the characteristics of entrepreneurial behavior of managers of educational institutions (riskiness, innovation, creativity, autonomy, flexibility, achievement orientation, and self-development) as well as analyzes the effects of socio-demographic and professional-organizational factors on their development in educational organization managers.
