Abstract

The article highlights the content and components of education managers’ personal development as an indicator of constructive organizational development educational institutions. The author presents the results of an empirical investigation of the correlations between organizational development and education managers’ personal development as well as substantiates a special education managers’ personal development training to be used in the system of post-graduate training.
