Abstract
There are conducted the analysis of the experience of the European Union (EU) in the monitoring and evaluation of information and communication competence of teachers at the school to review the approaches and models of correction, its development in the rapid development of the information society. The technique and recommendations for the analysis of the IС competence levels and monitoring in accordance with the criteria for its evaluation are discussed there.
