Abstract
Based on a theoretical analysis of the problem the author discusses the content of organizational culture and the main approaches to studying its structure. The structure of organizational culture can be analyzed in terms of its basic manifestations which include: the hierarchy of its main structural elements, the elements of faith and regulation, subjective and objective organizational cultures, organizational culture of different subjects of organizational interactions, internal and external organizational culture, officially approved components of organizational culture and rules of informal interactions and behaviors, the dominant organizational culture, and subculture and counterculture, etc.
