Abstract

In the paper, the analysis is presented of psychological factors and components of personal successfulness in the real estate activity. The empirical material was received by interviewing some experienced Kiyv realtors. Psychological features specific for successful activity of a person as a realtor are elicited. The main realtor’s psychological roles and functions are determined. The interpretation components in communication between realtor and the client person are investigated.
