Abstract
The article reveals the essence of social identification and peculiarities of it’s formation in context of organizational development. Main components of social identification and types of social identity essential for organizational development are revealed. Measures for developing positive personnel’s identification with organization and its transformation in case of companies’ reorganization are analyzed.
