Abstract

Performance of scientific, educational institution on the level of information-analytical and scientometric indicators are based on the results of scientific, educational research institution staff, the level of ICT initiatives and support of open access. The main system of information and analytical support of scientific, educational research is the storage of digital libraries that allow you to collect, securely store and effectively use various collection of electronic full-text documents that are available in user-friendly form via global data network [1]. In [2] in information and analytical support educational research to understand the system that provides using ICT researchers necessary information and data for research activities, confidentiality, integrity and availability of information and tools for the analysis of qualitative and quantitative indicators on scientific products for quick selection, evaluation and development of new information and data.
