Abstract

The methodological grounds for the study is understanding of «politics» as the social-cultural phenomenon of power relations in society and culture as the main source of political space formation. The field of political socialization is communicative space, in which discourses of agents of political socialization interact. These discourses represent senses, meanings, values, interpretations, practices and they continuously fight for «signification» of social reality. Discourse is examined as a stable system of dispositions, which generates social practices and regulates evaluative perceptions. It is found that discourse has not only obvious plan but also context, which is filled by background (non-obvious, unnoticeable) practices. The use of discourse-analysis as methodology of elicitation of political senses of social relations and social interactions is offered.
