Abstract
The influence of public relations democratization processes reassessment of personal values, formation of new meanings. It is noted that within the new social and economic paradigm of society to the fore the personal needs and interests that both stimulates creativity citizens and promotes absolute egocentric attitudes. In such circumstances, the author of the article and the most important task of public authorities and civil society should find effective means of harmonization of personal and social development sources.
