Abstract

Characteristics of information and communication technology educators of vocational education is the basis for improving the quality of vocational education. The use of ICT in their teaching activities improves the efficiency of the educational process. Competent use of ICT teacher increases pedagogic influence on the formation of creative potential of students, provides quality training of future skilled workers. The traditional form of training teaching staff of vocational schools do not fully enhances their ICT competence. Therefore there is a need for new approaches to formation of system competence in the area of information and communication technologies. The article examines innovative approaches to improve information and communication competency teaching staff of the Centre on the example of modern educational technologies DPTNZ "Vinnitsa interregional higher vocational school". By applying the approach in shifting the emphasis from the traditional to the innovative activity of teachers, interest is directed at solving urgent problems in modern method of teaching that can increase their professional competence and ICT. In activities such laboratories at the forefront of new design changes in educational practices, the establishment and improvement of professional competence and ICT teacher. The implementation of such a center in the vocational and technical educational institution provides conditions for creative growth in continuing education and qualification levels, improving the skills of teachers by organizing improve their information and communication competence. Proposed in the project approaches to improving ICT.
