Abstract

The role of reflective individualization as a mechanism for understanding and interpretation of the personal experience in personal development of an individual has been shown. Through the aid of the empirical research, it has been found that more objective and complete understanding of personality of another person promotes the expansion of individual life experience. Some blocking circumstances of understanding of the personal experience in adolescence has been considered.
