Abstract

Essential for the learning environment of educational institution design is to provide and maintain learning resources and services access and its flexible configuration due to user needs. Topical subject of research is to combine the cloud-based tools and services with a learning management system, operating at the universities, for example MOODLE, and to design the cloud based learning environment on this basis.
