Abstract

The article describes the main aspects of professional self-realization of teachers of general secondary schools. We summarize the results of experimental studies that demonstrate the features of professional self-realization of teachers of different ages and skill levels. The study identifies indicators of professional self-realization, including vneshneprofessionalnyh and intraprofessional components of motivation of professional activity as well as the level of self-efficacy.
