Abstract

In the book considered the introduction of credit-modular system of training courses for teachers of Ukrainian language and literature as an innovative way to ensure the mobility and competitiveness of teacher, quality continuous education in creating a single European educational space. The basis of the innovation system of training laid multidimensional cyclic model of professional and personal growth teacher-language and literature, the stages mizhatestatsiynoho cycle for credit-modular system of training, in the form of isolated stages. Posted distribution of credits credits at all stages mizhatestatsiynoho period. Criteria of evaluation of participation of teacher-language and literature in information and motivational unit credit (semantic) module training program. Contains andragogical package psycho-diagnostics for self-esteem and self-teacher.
