Abstract
Prerequisites of founding and establishing the deontology as a section of ethical science, development of professional deontology, educational and andragogical deontology in domestic and foreign literature are analyzed in the article. The concept of “andragogical deontology” as a field of educational science is determined; it represents the generalized system of principles, norms and requirements, methodologist’s behavior under the conditions of professional activities. Deontological principles (axiological, sociocultural, and operational) as initial irrefutable requirements which are lodged to methodologist’s behavior in the sphere of his professional activities and act as social guidelines; norms of educator’s professional behavior; peculiarities of professionally significant qualities of methodologist are singled out. Given theoretical findings are important for the implementation of deontological preparation in the process of methodologist’s in-service training.
