Abstract

Regulation on Distance Learning approved by Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (decree № 466 from 25 April 2013) initiated a new wave of discussions of the possibility of using distance learning in general secondary schools. We have studied the question of mastery of innovative educational technologies of distance learning by school teachers. Informational and analytical papers are grouped around the problems of providing schools by means of ICT and the problem of informatization of national education. Among other things , the report uses statistical data of the European Statistics and Information Society of the European Commission (2009) and the Executive Agency for Education, Audio visual facilities and Culture (2011)
