Abstract
In the article the expediency of development of information culture of children and youth with disabilities as an important precondition of their full integration into the information society is represented. It is determined that the introduction of electronic social networks into the educational process and socio-educational activities offers great opportunities to improve the accessibility and quality of education, interest and motivation of students, equal access to information and educational services, full and productive social integration of people with disabilities. The practical ideas of using the electronic social networks intended for teachers, social workers and other groups working with children and youth with disabilities are outlined.
