Abstract

Scientific publication is the result of the laboratory of Open Education Research Institute of the State higher educational institution "University Education Management" NAPS of Ukraine Ukrainian round table "Open and distance education: from theory to practice" within the VI International electronic scientific conference "Theory and practice of distance learning in education". Information materials include research scholars and practitioners with the implementation of the results of research state budget theme "Theoretical and methodological principles of designing technologies in the system of open Postgraduate Education" (state registration number 0115U002062). The proposed publication will be useful for organizations implementing the principles of open education in educational institutions of Ukraine, in studies of undergraduates, graduate students, doctoral students, researchers and teachers.
