Abstract

The monograph describes the theoretical, methodological and experimental study of the issue of psychological mechanisms of formation of pupils’ personal efficiency in ontogenetic terms. It reveals theoretical and methodological basis of the "personality" category in a rational humanistic aspect, and analyzes the theoretical and methodological basis of psychological mechanisms of formation of pupils’ personal efficiency. The experimental part of the study shows characteristics of reflexivity and evaluative attitudes as the mechanisms of formation of pupils’ personal efficiency.
