Abstract

The methodology recommendations describes psychological and pedagogical conditions of family interaction forming-up that promotes formation of a person as a citizen. A family, as a factor in social education, is an intermediary link between a young person and society. Civic development of a personality reaches the highest level when moral principles, norms, rules of conduct and acts of human behaviour becomes not only a result of external necessity, but appears under influence of subjectively significant internal moral needs. The methodology recommendations are addressed to professionals engaged into formation of civic identity, teachers of educational institutions, university lecturers, psychologists, graduate students, university students.
