Abstract
In the article there has been grounded the factors that actualize informational analytical function of the management activity of the heads of vocational educational establishments in contemporary conditions of development of diverse spheres of society. Particular attention has been paid to the grounding of informational analytical activity of heads of vocational educational establishments as subjects of management in the system of professional education in Ukraine. As a methodological basis for the informational analytical activity of heads of vocational educational establishments, there has been offered a systematic and subject-activity oriented approach. There have been distinguished and grounded basic characteristics of informational analytical activity such as substantiality and subjectivity. Informational analytical activity of heads of vocational educational establishments has been analyzed in a structure-functional aspect (activity analysis «by units»), where it is divided into two units of theoretical and practical thinking; on the basis of the above-mentioned it can be conscious and unconscious by the level of consciousness and by the character of regulation it can be voluntary and involuntary) and dynamic aspect (psychological mechanisms providing the movement of informational analytical activity: motivation; super-situational activity; intelligence; creativity; attitude; refl exion; self-refl exion; self-esteem and other subjects and activities oriented traits of the particular manager). There have been presented universal stages of the informational analytical activity of heads of vocational educational establishments (motivational, emotionally-volitional, intellectually-technological, informational-disposal stage of self-refl exion), there has been determined its structure and stages.
