Abstract

The article analyzes age and individual psychological features as factor of self-perfection in adolescence and early adulthood. Showing that factor of self-perfection speak psychological neoplasms, in particular: in adolescence – sense of adulthood, changes in the structure of moral norms and values, identity development; in early adulthood – the process of acquiring identity formation and future prospects, focus on personal and professional self-determination. The process of self-perfection is distinct individual psychological color, which is determined primarily by features of character, identity and motivational value of a personality.
