Abstract

In the context of building a web environment NAPS of Ukraine task is to through Web services data collection online scientific institution NAPS Ukraine transfer performance ratings and citations regarding publications or authors who are indexed in these scientometric databases, and publish them on appropriate pages site. Monitoring service automatically enable real-time data display ratings and citations on the sites of scientific institutions, and aggregate data - the official portal of the NAPS Ukraine.
