Abstract
Popularity of the Internet , especially among young people, encouraged teachers of European countries to find innovative teaching methods , the most of which use information and communication technologies and acquire IC-competence. Such orientation is aproved by rapid improvement and development of Internet services that encourages students to master them as soon as possible . Experience of communication in social networks such as : Facebook, Twitter , Connect, Twitter, and other Odnoklasnyky.ru , accelarated the creation of virtual learning communities and their use in the educational process of secondary schools, which , in turn , form the corresponding innovation (virtual ) education environment.
