Abstract

The formation of virtual communities in different areas and experience of communication in social networks such as: Facebook, Twitter, Connect, Odnoklasnyky.ru and others, encouraged and accelerated the creation and use of virtual educational communities directly in the educational systems of foreign countries and in Ukraine.
