Abstract

This article is devoted to theoretical rethinking methods, principles, tools and forms of government political processes. Modified the problem of coordination of political values with the values of economic, legal and cultural, as well as identify common prerequisites of modern political development. The comparative analysis of world view and values of different regions. This methodological approach allowed to organize and tie a single set of tried and tested methods and forms of political control. This, in my opinion, will improve the efficiency of the national political management. Emphasized the existence of significant differences of ideological models. Proved that they are somehow characterize the established binary (old model of "barbarism - civilization" modern "West - East"), at the same time - are combined in an effort to reflect a holistic world view.
