Abstract

The main task of the information systems support the activities of bodies of state administration is to create an information environment based on network, computer computer, software and hardware tools and modern technologies that ensure effective management processes and decision-making in the conditions of active development of the society. The main Ob object, which determines the activities of government bodies and reflects and captures the result of this activity is document.The processes of bodies of state administration activity directly related to the processing of documents encompassing records management and document circulation. Records management is a complex of measures for documentation (registration, accounting Rosse-loc) and organization of work with documents. Document management includes the processes of creation and transmission of documents, distribution of tasks parties there to between the bodies of state administration to achieve goals in relation to their treatment.
