Abstract

The article investigates the current stage of social development, highlighting the problems of reforming the social and political system, there is the need to incorporate feat ures of the new political reality in the development strategy of modern reforms. Particular attention, the author draws on feasibility into account the strategic objectives of the European Community, formulated in the «Lisbon strategy», whose mairesource is defined «knowledge economy», the implementation of appropriate policies on research and development, implementation results in practice reforms in the country.
