Abstract

Creating GUIs - a task which the urgency needs no justification, however, in our opinion, is to specify what place the new interface to a known mathematical package. As a rule, the localization of the user interface source code necessary to process, fulfill their compilation, to create an installation package - and all this is repeated for each operating system.
