Abstract

The publication states that a problem of informatization of secondary schools remains in modern society. The changes associated with this process are extremely significant because they affect the lifestyle and behavior of children and adults, value system, promote awareness of the key importance of collective creative work and interdependence. It is emphasized that the educational system would become open if provide a new level of openness of educational systems at all levels. The relevance and timeliness of the use of network technologies in the educational process, especially in collaboration with gifted learners, is considered. The network technologies of open education useful for further informatization of secondary schools are analyzed.
