Abstract

The article deals with the problem of using the international scientometric databases for monitoring results in the implementation of scientific researches, namely, their publications and disseminations. It should be noted that nowadays mobile access increases to open educational electronical systems and to the open international scientometric systems. During our research the relevance of using mobile versions of open international scientometric systems is defined. The benefits of using the open international searching scientometric platform Google Scholar in research activity and monitoring in the implementation of scientific and educational research are investigated. The aim of our study is the necessity of using the mobile version of Google Scholar by scientists in the aspect of technology of mobile learning development. This article deals with a comparison of the interface of mobile and full versions of the system and indicates that the using of a mobile version of the site scholar.google.com can be allowed. The main advantages of using the mobile version of Google Scholar in the aspect of mobile learning are analyzed. Some aspects are outlined for further research.
