Abstract

The authors describe the approaches to study the psychological aspect of interrelation between demands of a profession and a person’s capacities. Personality components are considered (Self-conception, reflexivity, self-regulation and their derivates) which are the most important for the self-determination in educational activity. The analysis is made at the material of a pre-school educator’s Self-attitude.
