Abstract

This article investigates the possibility of using didactic webinars for implementing educational and scientific activities of the highly qualified personnel. Scientific-theoretical foundations of the webinar are substantiated and its advantages over the classical seminar are discussed. The unavoidable constraints in conducting online activities are analyzed. Practical problems that need solving during the implementation of webinars and electronic conferences are discovered.
