Abstract

It was determined that using electronic social networks will be partially solved the problem of children and youth with special educational needs, and this in turn will promote socialization and self-actualization, self-fulfillment and learning new ways of communication. It is proved that the electronic social networks should be used for extra-curricular and extracurricular activities. We describe the use of electronic social networks for social and social and pedagogical work with children and young people with special educational needs.
