Abstract
Considering expected positive points from joining of national education system to Bologna agreement, the interaction between members “of conflict” in dyad “teacher – student” is analyzed from the position of Theory of the Game -the mathematical theory that analyses conflict situation. Sixteen characteristics had been inducted :differentiations of personal teacher’s charisma demonstration and sixteen characteristics – differentiations of student’s attitude to studying and their academic giftedness level. The matrix 16×16 of interaction between member’s of dyad had been achieved. The result of investigated interaction had been estimated by participants of teaching and behaving process (by teachers and students) using 9 point scale stanines. The matrix had been solved according to The Theory of Games. According to the students’ thoughts we stated the following definitions: if student is talented, laborious, attends classes carefully he may get at least 8 stanines in case if his teacher’s style is bureaucratic and has the tendency to underscore marks. If student has high education skills, laborious, attends classes carefully he may get mark – 7.1 stanines in case if the teacher is very demanding. Student with the middle level of skills but attends classes carefully may get the marks within the range 5.2–7.8 stanines. The developed third-dimensional bunch graph shows the descriptive model of optimal results of interaction of dyad “teacher – student” members.
