Abstract

The guidelines clearly states the main goal, objectives, theoretical and practical importance, problems of information and social environment, its functions and design issues in the context of cognitive and sociocultural interaction of education. Those factors are evidences of systematic and consistent deployment of the study, probability and validity of its results and conclusions. The methodological guidelines describe the modern forms of mass exchange of information in the virtual space, social networking as a platform of information and social environment, their advantages and disadvantages. The second chapter justifies goals and objectives of information and social environment, discloses the concept of "open educational environment and practical aspects of information and social environment.
