Abstract

The collective monograph authored by the researchers of the Laboratory of Organizational Psychology of G.S. Kostiuk Institute of Psychology of the NAPS of Ukraine examines the psychological determinants of organizational culture of educational organizations. The book discusses the theoretical and methodological principles of investigating psychological determinants of organizational culture development in educational institutions (the content and structure of organizational culture, its basic types, and psychological determinants of organizational culture of meso and micro levels). Based on empirical research the authors analyze the external and internal psychological determinants of organizational culture development in educational organizations giving much attention to the internal psychological determinants related to the work of managers, staff and the organization as a whole (managers' self-efficacy, staff's attitudes to change, staff's tolerance, staff' entrepreneurial activities, levels of organizational development, and organizations' creativity). The monograph is intended for managers and staff of organizations, organizational psychologists, teachers and students of institutions of postgraduate education, researchers, and all those interested in different aspects of organizational culture.
